These terms describe the general basis for use of the EcomHosen website and discussion of marketplace management or separate business setup services.

1. Marketplace Management

EcomHosen may support Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Temu, depending on the agreed scope. Tasks may include product listing, listing optimization, order management, store/account management and marketplace VA support.

2. No Upfront Management Fee

For marketplace management partnerships, EcomHosen does not charge an upfront management fee. The parties may work through an agreed profit-sharing arrangement.

3. Profit-Sharing Terms

The percentage, responsibilities, calculation method, applicable expenses and other terms must be discussed and agreed before the partnership begins. No fixed percentage is published by this website.

4. Business and Marketplace Expenses

Platform fees, advertising, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, payment processing and other operating costs may apply depending on the business model. These are separate from the management-fee arrangement unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Separate Paid Services

Payment gateway setup, LTD / LLC formation, business compliance and annual filing support, VAT-related support, trademark registration and other business setup services may be offered for a separate service fee agreed before work begins.

6. No Guarantee of Results

EcomHosen does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, traffic, rankings, account approval, reinstatement or any specific business result. Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside EcomHosen's control.

7. Platform Rules

Clients remain responsible for complying with marketplace and payment-provider rules and requirements.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate information, lawful products and required authorization. Passwords should not be submitted through ordinary website forms.

9. Website Information

Website information is general business information and is not individualized legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
